This hotel is located very close to pratunam market. Vehicles can be difficult to get you exactly in front of hotel because small road. But you can walk not far from available drop off spot nearby. The receptionist was friendly and i got checked in quickly. The lobby area are kinda small, full with stuffs, but i don't mind just go straight to lift. I spent 4 nights at room 8402. The room is clean and they tidy the room everyday. The room also has TV, small refrigerator, hair dryer, towel, and mineral water. They give new mineral water also everyday. The bathroom also clean, smells good with refreshner. There are cold/hot shower, bidet, soap and shampoo. No ants or cockroaches like some review said. Excellent!

Every time I go to Bangkok, I always stay at Baiyoke Sky. It's very strategic, just go down the stairs and you're in front of the Pratunam morning market and night market. On the left side, there are also many massage places and 7-Eleven. The breakfast menu is also delicious, the service is also friendly, and the room is clean. Every day, 4 bottles of drinking water are added.

The staff are lovely. The hotel prepared the information for the stay very well and clearly. No need to ask any questions. The room is very clean, no dust at all. The room is very spacious. The location is good, very convenient for those who come to apply for a UK visa. The hotpot in front of the hotel is delicious. There is a 7-Eleven and Amazon under the building. It's really good. I really recommend it.

The best and nicest hotel in Thailand, the staff is friendly and can speak Indonesian even though they look foreign. Almost all of the staff were very helpful with whatever we needed and provided good guidance when we had difficulty communicating. Thank you, in the future if I go to Thailand I will stay here again.

In my opinion, this hotel is really great. The room is spacious and can accommodate 3–4 people comfortably. The service is very friendly, and the location is close to the city center. It’s situated in a residential area, so it’s easy to find food and drinks nearby. It’s also quite close to Big C, the MRT, Thailand Cultural Centre, etc. (around a 1 km walking distance). The price is reasonable, and the room facilities are excellent — there is a washing machine, water dispenser, refrigerator, and microwave available for shared use. Highly recommended for those who want to travel to Thailand with friends or family. NGL, I will definitely be back soon!

The location is quite close to BigC and CentralWorld. The night shift male receptionist and the manager were very attentive and enthusiastic. They helped us contact the driver and fulfilled our requests very well. I was particularly impressed by the night shift male receptionist, as he even guided us to buy things late at night. Overall, the staff's attitude was excellent, and there's nothing to complain about. The room was average but spacious.

Stayed for 5 nights during the new year holiday period. The location was excellent with lots of dinning and entertainment spots. Check in and check out was a breeze. The rooms are quite clean and the amenities provided were more than adequate. Overall the value for money was good. Had really a good time during my stay there.

Location
The location is incredibly convenient. The hotel is situated right next to a 7-Eleven, a Starbucks, and the train station, making daily commuting effortless. There are also fantastic local food options right at your doorstep, including an excellent place for boat noodles called Baan Kuay Tiew Ruathong. Despite being so close to the train, the area is not overly noisy, allowing for a peaceful rest.
Room Quality & Facilities
The room quality is perfectly fine and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. One tip for future guests: if you prefer not to have your room cleaned on a particular day, make sure to proactively hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door. A great bonus feature is that each floor has a very relaxing and chill seating area where you can simply sit back and unwind outside of your room.
Service and Staff
I have the highest praise for the hotel staff. They are incredibly welcoming, professional, and consistently helpful. I arrived for a very late check-in at night, and the team was still fully available and supported me enthusiastically, making the whole process seamless.
