I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Chiang Mai, Thailand. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and non-smoking, which made it very comfortable. The location is also great — Warorot Market, one of Chiang Mai’s famous traditional markets, is only about a 10-minute walk away. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, so you never have to worry about finding food. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel, excellent value for money. The staff are very attentive. I stayed for 4 nights, but didn't request housekeeping, yet the staff kept checking in and messaging me to ask if I needed anything. They are incredibly thoughtful. great hotel. clean. beautiful cool. There is an elevator, a fridge, and a full microwave hairdryer. clean the room every day. Cake + free water daily. The girls were friendly and helpful. Everything is ok. right next to 7-11. Anyone who goes to chiangmai should stay in this hotel with no regrets. ok than so many hotels I've ever stayed. No need to worry!

I received a room and a birthday cake. It was a wonderful experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel atmosphere was great, located in the heart of the city. The pool had a great view, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent from the moment I stepped in until I left. I forgot something and they quickly helped me get it back. I really liked the check-in and check-out times. They were very flexible. You can check in and out at any time.

We had a great 4-night stay at Eastin. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They always tried to give us the best support whenever requested. The moment we arrived at the hotel lobby, we felt welcomed by the doorbell. When checking in and out, it was quick, smooth, and full of hospitality (especially the young man). The room was spacious and clean. A kitchen for simple cooking was available. Also, you can access the gym, swimming pool, and kids club (remember to register at the lobby). The bed was comfortable for a good sleep. Besides, it’s walking distance to One Nimman complex, Maya shopping mall, Think Park Shibuya, and many delicious restaurants like Cherng Doi Roast Kitchen, Ginger Farm, Mae Jin, etc. We will definitely come back if visiting Chiang Mai again. The staff are so lovely. We chose to book because we called to ask about various things and they didn't get mad at all. They even let us leave our bags before checking in. They were so lovely. The staff were on standby 24 hours a day. The room was spacious (but not very soundproof). It's right in the heart of the city. Right in front of the hotel is Suki Chang Phueak. It's convenient to go anywhere. I highly recommend it. The price is good. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. The staff came to clean the room every day, so I felt bad. I will definitely stay here again when I go to Chiang Mai.
