loved the free shuttle to certain locations around the town. The space was very clean. Most of the facility members were nice. You had some one off. I would not recommend for small children or big family. We'll see maybe like teenagers and up that are mature because they're very big on being quiet example we are in the pool and it was two hours before it closed and they were telling us that we had to be quiet. They do not allow outside people to come in. We had a few friends that were staying at another hotel, but they weren't allowed to go in the pool with us.

I stayed at Navatara Phuket for 26 days and it genuinely became a home away from home. It is a really nice, aesthetic hotel with a clean, traditional design that provides a great environment to relax. The room was very comfortable. Being tall, I appreciate a good-sized bed, and this one was great. Having a balcony was a nice addition, and the provided umbrella was a practical touch. The AC was strong and the shower was excellent—perfect for recovery after training. Housekeeping kept the room spotless and topped up my coffee and water every day. The food is a strong point. There is a nice selection of dishes with good local taste at reasonable prices. They use fresh, clean ingredients, making it easy to find healthy, high-protein options that fit my strict dietary requirements. The staff really stood out. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the ladies at reception. The location is extremely practical. Phuket Muay Thai is just around the corner, which was ideal. There is a 7/11 next door, alongside a fruit stand and an ATM. It is only a 5 to 10-minute walk to Rawai Beach, restaurants, and massage spots. Navatara Phuket delivered an excellent balance of comfort and quiet. It served as the perfect base in Rawai—peaceful enough for genuine physical recovery, yet highly accessible. I highly recommend it for a refined, high-quality stay in Phuket.

Had an amazing week at the Navatara hotel. The hotel staff were incredible kind and helpful from arrival to when we left, with the room also being spotless every time we came back. The hotel is in a great location next the some lovely restaurants, bars, and relatively close beaches. The hotel offers free buses to nearby beaches and the nearby sunset spot, all of which are a 5 minute drive. It’s also right next to a 7/11. Though we didn’t eat much at the hotel, the food and drinks we did have were great. The room we had was spacious and we were given fresh towels and water every day with fast WiFi. The hotel also has a nice pool and sunbeds available for quieter days. The hotel also has an airport transfer service at a reasonable price. Thank you again for having us! Joe and Savannah

loved the free shuttle to certain locations around the town. The space was very clean. Most of the facility members were nice. You had some one off. I would not recommend for small children or big family. The Navatara was exactly what we were hoping it would be, a small quiet hotel where we could relax by the pool while being able to explore the area by car away from the madness of some other areas. It is nicely located just a short walk up from Rawai beach so you can go out for an evening meal without the need for a taxi. The room was clean and decorated in a traditional style with solid teak furniture and handmade elements. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. If we ever come back to Phuket we will definitely stay here again.
