The Navatara was exactly what we were hoping it would be, a small quiet hotel where we could relax by the pool while being able to explore the area by car away from the madness of some other areas. It is nicely located just a short walk up from Rawai beach so you can go out for an evening meal without the need for a taxi. The room was clean and decorated in a traditional style with solid teak furniture and handmade elements. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. If we ever come back to Phuket we will definitely stay here again.

Construction outside our building. Not anything the property could control I would just book once construction is done or book the street side of the hotel. Front desk staff are not very experienced on restaurants or transportation so just do your own research and download apps.

We hebben 12 dagen verbleven bij Navatara. Dit hebben we als enorm positief ervaren. Het resort is prachtig, het personeel is vriendelijk en er is een prachtig café aanwezig met veel opties voor eten en drinken. Het ontbijt is goed en wordt vaak vers voor je bereid. Al met al echt een geweldig verblijf gehad bij Navatara! Echte aanrader!

Wee touches like beach towels, bottled water, fridges, air con, flip flops, dressing gowns all available in rooms. The free shuttle to Nai Harn, Ya Nui and Promthep Cape was also a lovely perk. Tara Cafe next door had tasty food - recommend the caramel banana cake - and great coffee - iced mocha or a thai lime iced tea were for me. I would absolutely return to both Rawai and Navatara Resort again. Thanks!

The hotel is not big. It's a few small buildings around a beautiful pool. And it is a beautiful pool that looks amazing at sunset. Almost surreal. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. They will help you rent a motorbike to get around as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Very homely resort. Staff were friendly and proactive to help. Rooms were big and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Only down side is the location from most of the attractions.

First off it is tucked away from Rawai beach rd, yet on a nice road and easily found. Yup with 7-11 next door and money exchange a block away. I checked into simple room but found iut the MGR gave me an upgrade to large nice delux suite with a bathtub. Room attendents were nice and help with any request. So much my 4 night stay was extended to a 7 night stay. Only draw back, and is not really that bad, is the pool was a little algae oround edges. Understandably as there has been so much rain this 1st half of June. I endorse this property for a quiet place to relax, yet close to all the fun of Rawai.

This boutique hotel was clean, well kept and staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised my airport transfer at no extra cost than standard, upgraded my room and had free shuttles to beaches and sunset spots which I took full advantage of. Pool and spa were nice to finish off the hot day. I opted for breakfast included and enjoyed every day, when I had an early day trip, the staff at Tara cafe helped me with takeaway breakfast to take with me. A short walk to restaurants along Rawai beach and a 7-eleven right next door to grab any bits you need

Overall my stay was good.facilities and location were good. The staff were generally helpful, but when I checked in (late in the evening) my check in was unbelievably rushed. They spoke at 100 miles an hour and didn’t even let me take a seat. They brought me a tea but I didn’t get to drink it and when I did they said “we need the cup back” and I downed some and handed it back. Perhaps their shifts were finishing but it was quite a weird jarring welcome. Facilities at the hotel were good except the gym which needs air con. Illegally hot for a gym in a tropical country. And very small.

Fantastic hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. As well as this, there were many FREE shuttle buses every day to beaches and viewpoints. I would highly recommend staying here!
