너무 좋았어요. 강력 추천합니다.

서비스가 너무 좋았어요~~ 조식은 간단하게 고를 수 있는 메뉴와 뷔페로 제공됐던 점이 좋았고 맛도 괜찮았어요! 주변 해변과는 거리가 좀 있었고 주변에 정말 뭐가 없지만 무료 셔틀이 있어서 편하게 이용할 수 있었어요 ㅎㅎ직원분들도 다들 너무 친절하셔서 기분좋게 머무를 수 있었어요. 다만 침대쿠션은 그렇게 좋진 않고, 침구류는 새로 바꿔주시지 않아서...ㅠㅠ

나이한비치,야누이비치,프롬텝으로의 무료셔틀은 정말 최고입니다. 프론트 직원들은 특히 늘 다정하게 대해줬고 벌레도 없었어요 제가 조심성이 없기도 했지만 침대 모서리가 거칠고 날카로워 나무인데도 깊이 파여 상처가 좀 심하게 나서 그 부분은 좀 아쉬워요 침대 모서리 나무의 마감을 조금 신경써주면 좋겠어요 조식이 조금 짠편이었지만 얘기하니 바로 반영해주었고 무료음료서비스와 디너 20%쿠폰으로 저녁도 저렴하게 맛있게 해결할 수 있었어요 호텔 좌측에 작은 식당과 편의점이 있어 편리했습니다. 조용히 쉴 수 있어 만족했어요 다음엔 건기에 다시 방문할 생각이에요

수영장도 너무 깨끗하고 아침도 너무 맛있고 차로 근처도 다 데려다주셔서 너무 좋았어요~~ 방이랑 화장실도 깨끗하고 직원분들도 정말 친절하셨어요

인터넷의 후기를 보고 예약했다. 사진으로 생각했떤 것보다는 규모가 작았다. 길 옆이라 다니는 차들이 많아 길 건널 때 잘 살펴야 한다.

정말 친절하고 아늑한 곳입니다. 가족이 와서 지냈는데 편했습니다. 조식 또한 훌륭했습니다. 다음에도 또 예약할 예정입니다. 저같은 경우 차량을 직점 운전하고 다녀서 괜찮았는데 교통편이 불편할수 도 있습니다...모든 직원들이 친절하였고 가족적인 분위기 였습니다.. 그리고 청소좀 잘 했으면 좋겠습니다..건너편 쪽에 있었을때는 청소 상태가 매우 훌륭 했었는데 풀 억세스룸으로 바꾸어서 지냈는데 그쪽 건물에는 청소하시는 분이 별로 였습니다.

Navatara Hotel and their staff were exceptional. I was surprised by the service the day I arrived, and it continued to be exeptional. There were items like a beach bag, always plenty of water bottles, the room was always nice and clean, cool (AC). The breakfast was average but always plenty. The ladies at the reception desk were so sweet and always helpful and caring. Everyone kept the Hotel in great shape. The guys always took me to the beach with their truck or to see the sunset. Upon arrival I received a plate of fresh fruit, and even when I left I got a gift. ❤️ Yes, the hotel was not in the Center of town, but there is the Phuket Smart bus or Grab to go places like Kata Beach, Karon or Patong. I stayed at the Navatara hotel for 2 weeks, and it was a trip of a lifetime! My excursions I booked with Get your Guide which was great. Thank you everyone at Navatara!!!

Had an amazing week at the Navatara hotel. The hotel staff were incredible kind and helpful from arrival to when we left, with the room also being spotless every time we came back. The hotel is in a great location next the some lovely restaurants, bars, and relatively close beaches. The hotel offers free buses to nearby beaches and the nearby sunset spot, all of which are a 5 minute drive. It’s also right next to a 7/11. Though we didn’t eat much at the hotel, the food and drinks we did have were great. The room we had was spacious and we were given fresh towels and water every day with fast WiFi. The hotel also has a nice pool and sunbeds available for quieter days. The hotel also has an airport transfer service at a reasonable price. Thank you again for having us! Joe and Savannah

Tout était parfait

Our only small thing we noticed was pool should have been cleaned and shock had a lot of free floating algae in it. The staff were beyond helpful and polite. Tara Resturant was nice to have on site. Free shuttle to beaches was very much appreciated. Location was perfect if there was no construction it was easy walking to all restaurants. Lastly be aware there is construction next door so quite noisy all day but that is not within their control. We would visit Navatara again once construction completed. Cheers Mike

We had the most pleasant stay at Navatara. The staff was extremely thoughtful, kind and attentive. The rooms were very spacious, super clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Very nice and clean pool - plenty of space. They even prepared us a breakfast box on the day we went on the tour. We would love to come back when in Phuket again. I stayed here briefly while in town for work, and it was a very pleasant experience. The place is quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after long days. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always welcoming and attentive despite my short stay. A lovely touch was receiving a small souvenir at the end of my stay, which really showed their thoughtfulness. Overall, it’s a comfortable and relaxing place with warm hospitality, and I would happily stay here again.

We stayed here for 2 nights and didn’t want to leave! The room was clean and spacious and everything was thought of. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is close to naiharn beach, and offers free shuttle to that beach, and to a nice sunset point. Bicycles are available to borrow for free too. The staff was friendly to us and even offered us a little present when we left. Our room has been upgraded without we asked, what was very appreciated. The swimming pool is pretty and its area is nice too. Didn't try the gym. The "negative" points are that there's no much vegetarian options for breakfast, and not so many options at breakfast in general. There's a menu from which you can order meals, eggs, waffles, pancakes,... but you have to ask for them. Despite that, the only inconvenience is that there's building works just behind the hotel (a new hotel is in construction) so sometimes, there was some noice while we were at the swimming pool. But in the room, we didn't really had any noise issue. I would still recommend Navatara hotel.
