We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the service and hospitality were exceptional. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcome and valued throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious options to start the day. Every member of the team, especially Jack, went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was comfortable and memorable. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special. Definitely a 10 out of 10. The room is good, the receptionists are good, the breakfast is good, everything is so good that we had a perfect trip in Hanoi. Selena, the hotel staff, gave us a lot of help and recommendations. I truly appreciate her help which makes this trip even better. The location is in the old quarter area, which is convenient to many sightseeing spots. And there are also a lot of delicious foods nearby, even for late night snacks.

The location of Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa was perfect. It was right in the center to walk to a lot of different restaurants and attractions. The four Customer experience when you walked in when you left was A+. They made you feel at home and cared for. The rooms were a decent size and pretty. I would’ve enjoyed a larger bed. The atmosphere is really elegant as well. It’s more of an experience overall that they provide. It is a great value for your money and you’ll leave feeling better off than when you arrived. The amenities of the restaurant were perfect as well as the spa. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, greeted with refreshing drinks and cooling towels to help us unwind. Tiffany assisted us with the check in process, Our room was unbelievably. Large bed, lots of space and the bathroom was big. Travelers will always say the room is just a place to sleep but for us this room was like home.

Nestled in the heart of the Old Quarter, the Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa was the perfect place for us to spend our trip to Hanoi. The establishment is lovely, clean and well-maintained, but the highlight was the staff. Elsa in particular was lovely, going above and beyond to help or give recommendations. Her recommendations were fantastic and each one hit the mark (thanks Elsa). The breakfast buffet was quite good. A great selection of both Vietnamese and Western cuisine options, so there’s something for everyone. They also do Vietnamese coffee as an option which was delightful.

I travel a lot and usually don't write reviews. The Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa is a very nice hotel in the center of Hanoi and offers everything you would expect from a 4* hotel. However, what makes this stay special are the people working here. I could probably write a little paragraphs about ever member of the team I have met here. But who stood out the most is Antony. Antony reached out on the first day of my stay via whatsapp to inquire about my stay and offering his help. Based on my feedback he guided me to really wonderful local restaurants, temples and pagodas within and outside Hanoi. It felt like having a best friend in Hanoi with amazing local tips. Thank you.

A beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. The rooms are clean, good sized, quiet and have all amenities you'd expect. We were even given a birthday cake upon our arrival. We both agreed the coffee was even better than that served at other hotel (our prior location) and having the gym kept my wife happy.

This boutique hotel is amazing. The location is fantastic for walking around the Old quarter. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and the rooms are great. Breakfast was included and had a wide variety to choose from. Andrew made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in until we left and we even got a thank you gift on the way out.
