The hotel is right in the center of the Old District, where there is lots of shopping and eating. You could not be bored here and after a long day enjoy a massage at the spa as I did and was rewarded.

We had the most amazing experience here. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcomed. Always smiled and greeted us. Everyday they would ask if we needed anything or if they could help in any way. The restaurant was not busy at night but we had a wonderful, delicious meal. The buffet was the best one I have experienced so far. The Pho was fresh, I was able to get Vietnamese coffee every morning.

I was very polite from the time I checked in at the hotel. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast was the same little by little every day, and the delicious tropical fruit, custom-made pho soup and omelettes were delicious. After checking out, they provided us with a shower room and towels free of charge because it was a late night flight, which was great. On the way back, several people came all the way to the outside to drive us to a taxi which was very touching. It was an emotional memory to travel to a friendly country and stay at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. I will definitely stay at the next time.

The breakfast was very good. The staff were very kind. Even after checking out, it was an evening flight, so I asked him if he wanted to work out sightseeing, and he lent me a shower and bath towels. They also offered to rent me a hairdryer. When I took a shower and relaxed, they served me cold water, and even gave me a cookie present, which I was left impressed with.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect Old Quarter location. Food was excellent and staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The room was immaculate and met my needs. I believe the rooms were sound proof as there was no noise from other guests. The hotel was very good, the food in the restaurant was delicious and the bar tender, who was very friendly, made an excellent margarita. During my stay I took the opportunity to enjoy the spa with a blissfully, relaxing foot and body massage from Nhien. Finally, I would like to mention that my stay couldn’t have been better without the help and excellent customer service provided by Tiffany, she really is a credit to the team at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. The location is perfect. You immediately walk into the cozy streets of Hanoi. In addition, you have a beautiful view of the city from the room, especially beautiful with the setting sun. The staff are super nice and speak good English. Mr. Tri, among others, helped us a lot with this. The rooms are very neat, a lovely big bed and especially soundproof. We have a top time here and can definitely recommend it.

Henry and Jack and Tri were soo friendly and helpful. Antony also spend 10mins to assure us about our sapa trip; while Tiffany was super kind and patient with our needs. Elsa was soooo helpful she even helped me cut fruits. I love the stay and the facilities were clean and adequate - value for money.
