The staff were so nice, they always greeted us with a nice smile and helped us find things. The breakfast was so yummy, with a buffet of fruit and lots of local foods. The Spa in house is very good. The location is also great, we could walk to all the sightseeing spots from the hotel. There were lots of good restaurants close by, too! The room was clean and the bed was comfy!

The service at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa is beyond excellence. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and the staff jumped up to assist us with all our bags. The receptionist on duty that night was Hennry and he shared his contact in order to provide recommendations to eat, things to do. Our stay was lovely, the food for breakfast was delicious (especially the beef pho!), and we truly had zero complaints. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely choose here a million times over.

I had the best stay at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. The location is super handy and close to everything. The staff gave so many helpful recommendations and made restaurant reservations for us. They constantly checked in with me via WhatsApp during our stay to ask if i needed anything and always offered to make suggestions for things to do or places to dine. The breakfast was also top notch with such a variety of western and Vietnamese foods available. I had to leave early on our last day to get to the airport and they even made up a takeaway breakfast for me. I also tried out the spa and the service and treatments were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is incredibly central in the old quarter. The hotel is beautiful and well designed. The room is quiet and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel breakfast is one of the best we have ever have. Last but not least, the staff is so kind and helpful. It was the highest level of hospitality. This place was an amazing experience. It can be summed up with a story from our trip. When we first showed up to the hotel, they ran out to greet us and take our luggage basically refusing to allow us to carry our own luggage from the moment we showed up. Located in the middle of the Old Quarter is this gem of a hotel. Fantastic staff, super clean modern amenities, this hotel was worthy of it's previous high ratings. Rooms super comfortable and quiet, comfy beds with well appointed bathrooms were greatly appreciated after arriving from long trips. The hotel has 24hr concierge, restaraunt for breakfast, and dinner should you wish. Super helpful staff made our stay a pleasure. Highly recommended.

We booked this hotel as it was advertised to be a 4-star hotel. However, it was far from that. The pictures did not match reality. The rooms were dark, dilapidated, and had a smell. There was a leak in the shower, the bed was obviously old, and the linens were coarse. Moreover, we specifically booked deluxe rooms based on the size mentioned in hotels.com, but they gave us superior rooms instead, which were much smaller. We had to complain to the front desk, before they moved us to a slightly bigger room. The staff had been nice and apologetic, but when it was time to check out, they gave us some mung bean cake and asked us not to leave a bad review.

The location of the hotel was excellent - close to food tours, shopping, and cultural sights. The facilities were very well done, couldn’t hear people in other rooms or elevators and the streets quieted down at night. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, including making suggestions and recommendations. Onsite breakfast, laundry and spa were a big draw for us.

This is an elegant hotel with courteous staff who take care of all your needs. Lovely and high quality breakfast. Close to al the attractions in the Old quarter. Front desk staff helped plan and give advice on what to see and arranged tours for us.

The hotel is located on the northern edge of the Old Quarter, offering a very convenient location. It is within walking distance to many popular dining spots, the lake, and major attractions, while being slightly removed from the busiest, most crowded streets lined with shops and restaurants. As a result, the surroundings feel noticeably quieter and more comfortable. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the staff. The team is warm, attentive, and highly professional. Throughout our stay, nearly all staff members across different shifts remembered us and were always ready to offer assistance, which made the experience especially welcoming and personal. Breakfast was another. Vietnamese noodles and a variety of egg dishes were freshly prepared to order and served directly from the kitchen. In addition, there was a wide selection of both Eastern and Western options, ranging from salads and breads to congee and yogurt. The property itself is not a modern building, but rather an older structure that has been well maintained. While the layout is somewhat cozy, it creates a warm, home-like atmosphere.

The staff were so nice, they always greeted us with a nice smile and helped us find things. The breakfast was so yummy, with a buffet of fruit and lots of local foods. The Spa in house is very good. The location is also great, we could walk to all the sightseeing spots from the hotel. There were lots of good restaurants close by, too! The room was clean and the bed was comfy!

The service at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa is beyond excellence. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness and the staff jumped up to assist us with all our bags. The receptionist on duty that night was Hennry and he shared his contact in order to provide recommendations to eat, things to do. Our stay was lovely, the food for breakfast was delicious (especially the beef pho!), and we truly had zero complaints. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely choose here a million times over.

First trip to Hanoi and first time to Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. On arrival we were welcomed with a cup of tea then taken to our room and given a tour of the amenities. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff always helpful with information on where to eat, what to see and do and even lessons with the language.

I had the best stay at Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa. The location is super handy and close to everything. The staff gave so many helpful recommendations and made restaurant reservations for us. They constantly checked in with me via WhatsApp during our stay to ask if i needed anything and always offered to make suggestions for things to do or places to dine. The breakfast was also top notch with such a variety of western and Vietnamese foods available. I had to leave early on our last day to get to the airport and they even made up a takeaway breakfast for me. I also tried out the spa and the service and treatments were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is incredibly central in the old quarter. The hotel is beautiful and well designed. The room is quiet and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel breakfast is one of the best we have ever have. Last but not least, the staff is so kind and helpful. It was the highest level of hospitality. This place was an amazing experience. It can be summed up with a story from our trip. When we first showed up to the hotel, they ran out to greet us and take our luggage basically refusing to allow us to carry our own luggage from the moment we showed up. The service at this hotel was incredible and worth the stay.

Located in the middle of the Old Quarter is this gem of a hotel. Fantastic staff, super clean modern amenities, this hotel was worthy of it's previous high ratings. Rooms super comfortable and quiet, comfy beds with well appointed bathrooms were greatly appreciated after arriving from long trips. The hotel has 24hr concierge, restaraunt for breakfast, and dinner should you wish. Super helpful staff made our stay a pleasure. Highly recommended.

Honestly we wanted to stay longer, if only we could change our departure back to our country of origin. Hanoian Central Hotel and Spa is impeccably clean, smelled heavenly, tastefully decorated. We booked this hotel as it was advertised to be a 4-star hotel. However, it was far from that. The pictures did not match reality. The rooms were dark, dilapidated, and had a smell. There was a leak in the shower, the bed was obviously old, and the linens were coarse. Moreover, we specifically booked deluxe rooms based on the size mentioned in hotels.com, but they gave us superior rooms instead, which were much smaller. We had to complain to the front desk, before they moved us to a slightly bigger room. The staff had been nice and apologetic, but when it was time to check out, they gave us some mung bean cake and asked us not to leave a bad review.
