The room was very clean, and the sea view room was very nice. The hotel was right across from Hon Chong beach, which had many locals swimming and was not as crowded with tourists as the beach in the city. The space was very chill.

10 points for the hotel. Small, cute room, enough for a family. Clean, cool. Enthusiastic and friendly staff. The hotel is near the beach, about 5 minutes walk to the beach. The alley is a bit small, only 4-5 seats can fit, but 7 seats or more should be considered. Will book again next time because I am so satisfied.

After this trip, we officially became big fans of Melia! We booked 2 suites for 8 people, were supported with early check-in and quick check-out, the room had a beautiful view overlooking the sea, the room was neat and clean, the staff was super friendly! We were also introduced to receive Melia voucher points of 200k and used them in the hotel area, everything was so nice, there was nothing to complain about, when going to Vinpearl area, we also got to go to priority queue, supported with Vinbus tickets ^^ I love Melia hihi

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They gave us the room before check-in time and helped to keep our luggage in the early morning when we arrived. Also, you could ask them for help with bike rental at a good price too.

When checking out, I forgot my wallet, vehicle registration and money at the hotel, the staff returned them all to me. When checking in, my family went with a large group and had a small child, the staff were very enthusiastic in welcoming and helping us. Thank you for your enthusiastic service.

Clean room, good food, near the beach

My family had a wonderful holiday in Havana. The hotel had a very safe underwater tunnel for children, and the check-in and check-out process was extremely quick. The breakfast was varied, abundant, and delicious.

Cheap hotel, suitable for budget travel, quite clean, near Vinh Hai market, near the beach, many nice cafes, friendly receptionist, elevator, free drinking water, free hot water, free bowls and chopsticks in the dining room. However, the satellite house lights are dark and the wifi is weak, often intermittent. Overall, 4 stars compared to the quite cheap price.

Best hotel in the middle of the city. Room with both city view and sea view! There are 3 floors to serve delicious breakfast. I will definitely come back on my next trip to Nha Trang
