When we arrived at the hotel, everyone greeted us and we were guided to the lounge at the lobby. One of the staff collected our passports for checking in while we were served drinks. First impression? Impressive. Friendly staff always ready to help with a smile. I booked a suite and the room has 2 balconies with awesome beach view. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. The hot food station changes every day so you don't have to worry about eating the same. Food was marvellous. Planned a birthday surprise for my boyfriend and I was very impressed by the responsiveness of your staff from the planning stage till the end of our romantic dinner. The effort they all put in was 5 star standard. To others reading this, if you guys are planning a surprise birthday for your loved ones, this is the hotel for you. The impeccable service and hospitality of the staff made our trip most enjoyable. We will be back again definitely.

Our 2 Br suite was the perfect room.for our extended family vacation! The staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING 10/10!! They were so friendly, warm and welcoming EVERY time we walked through the lobby or needed any room services--they were always super responsive! The hotel is extremely beautiful, well-appointed and CLEAN! I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I come back to DaNang!

The room was cleaned daily replenishing everything used. The staff were extremely helpful. Large buffet breakfast selection - dinner at the restaurant was also very nice. The outdoor pool had a lovely view of the ocean without the sand.

We had a pleasant stay for one night at this hotel. The view of the ocean from our balcony was stunningly beautiful and the room is very clean and modern. We love the breakfast. There are tons of restaurant around and easily walkable. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent large modern rooms with comfortable beds and the most amazing sea views. However this hotel is a bit further along the beach than we were expecting and all the beach clubs/restaurants/other beach hotels were about a mile down the beach. The beach opposite the hotel has no sun beds and looks like it is more of a locals beach for fishing/padel boarding etc. Luckily Grab is easy and cheap so not a huge issue for the 3 nights we were here. More of an issue was the public service announcements that start around 6am with the speaker being right opposite the hotel. It’s so loud it woke us every morning. Despite being on the 12th floor and earplugs! The breakfast is plentiful and the rooftop pool is great but with just a few sunbeds, it does get very busy quickly. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. If we ever returned to DaNang I don’t think we would choose this hotel again due to its location. We would rather be further down in the beach resorts.

Excellent hotel. Staff is very friendly & helpful. Breakfast is so good with alot of choices from Asian to American food. View from the pool is unbeatable. We love the onsite cloth cleaning service charged by the kg with a very reasonable price. Would be nice if there is beach chairs & umbrellas on the beach so we can sit there & enjoy more. Would stay here again.

The staff was beyond exceptional. Especially Jenny, Chloe and Jackson! They went out of their way to assisted us with all of our request to make our stay enjoyable. We stayed at four different hotels in DaNang and by far Le Sands Oceanfront was the best one. The spa was wonderful. The room was super clean with a beautiful view. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. This hotel felt more like a 5 star hotel. Surprised that it’s rated at only 4 star. Thank you Le Sands Oceanfront for making my family trip a pleasant and enjoyable one! We look forward to staying here again in the near future!

This has been one of our favourite hotels so far in Vietnam!! At check in you are made to feel so important. Chloe was so lovely as was the rest of the staff! The breakfast was delicious with so much to choose from. I particularly liked the Sky bar the staff up there were awesome as was the food. We had a premium ocean front room with a balcony and even though the weather wasn't good it certainly didn't spoil our view. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are in Da Nang.
