A beautiful hotel in a convenient location. I was on the 21st floor & had access to the club floor lounge. The view of the river was spectacular & the food offered was extensive. The front office staff & concierge were polite & helpful. Housekeeping was impeccable & the addition of chocolates in your room at night was a nice surprise. It’s easy to move around and most good shopping & eateries are within a 15 min drive. I will definitely be returning again. Well done to the staff 👏

Eggs cooked to order there way. Chef had attitude if you wanted omelette cooked longer Bacon cooked and left under heat lamps to dry out and become inedible Sausage left on bread in metal urns on bread to dry out. For a hotel of this standard breakfast was rubbish

The staff is amazing, but there is a smell when you enter the lounge area. Do you get coffee from here, the milk heavy. Room service team was amazing! They were quick with cleaning and making the bed. The location is great as well.
