Plan on getting steamer if you stay here to steam/iron your clothes. The room does not come with an iron and you would have to request one which they’ll let you keep for a day however, I think the iron was older than myself. It barely worked and the folding iron board was so broken that when I was trying to iron, the latch slipped and the board landing right on my feet. Other than that experience, I would say staff was amazing and the stay was great! The food was amazing as well.

This trip my wife and I stayed at liberty central for 3 nights only. We enjoyed the beauty of this hotel, it's has a direct view of the Saigon River. Will definitely chose to stay this same hotel on our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.

Excellent hotel. Power in desk work area including electric outlet, USB and HDMI doesn’t work at all. Handheld shower holder on upside down. Nevertheless, wonderful staff and hotel accommodation

Great location, stay for 6 nights. I would give all 5 stars if only the maid can clean the floor during our stay.
Staff are very friendly and helpful and my room river view is the highlight. I would stay again in my future visit to HCMC.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff is very attentive, and the rooms ae great. For some reason, the plastic nut inside the tank on the toilet flush handle was so loose that the toilet wouldn't flush. Being a home owner, I raised the lid on the toilet tank and finger tightened the nut. Works great. Breakfast was fantastic.

My stay at Liberty Hotel HCMC was overall okay, but there were a few things that could be improved. The room had a beautiful view of the river, which I really enjoyed, but the large outdoor screens across the river were quite disturbing at night. I like to sleep with the blinds open and wake up with the sunlight, but this time I couldn’t because of the bright lights. On lower floors, you can also hear quite a bit of street noise. The room itself felt outdated, with noticeable scratches and marks on the furniture and walls, and it’s definitely in need of a facelift. The bedding was disappointing as well, with stains and even holes, which was not what I expected. The spa was good — nothing particularly special or elaborate, but the massage therapist did an excellent job. One major issue I had was with the elevators, which had extremely strong air fresheners that triggered an allergic reaction, causing me to sneeze every time I used them. I really hope the hotel considers replacing them with something milder. Overall, while there were some positives, Liberty Hotel HCMC could benefit from some updates and more attention to detail.

Excellent location, right on the river! Our room had a great view from the 20th floor and was very quiet! Breakfast was great, plenty of choice! Staff were also very helpful! We also like the rooftop pool after a day out sightseeing!
They checked the room before we checked out, and very honestly returned money we’d left in the safe! Thank you!
