My family had a great experience at the resort. I have a 5 month old baby and received all the priority. Friendly staff, delicious food, compared to the price and quality of the food I think it is quite good. The room is beautiful, airy, clean, friendly staff. I will come back to the resort again if I come back to Cam Ranh.

A great location, the beach is probably the most beautiful in this area. The sand is fine, the water is very clear, and the depth with the waves is perfect for relaxing swimming. I will come back here, perfect.

The room is exactly like the picture, spacious, high floor with excellent sea view! From the airport to the hotel is 6km, very convenient for latecomers and early returnees like me :) I came to checkin at 11pm but the staff still enthusiastically supported bringing suitcases to the room and guided to use the services entertainment and dining at the hotel. The hotel has many swimming pools, swimming pools from morning to evening, chill bar music too. In the evening, there is a screen showing cartoons for the little ones, which is very cute, like a natural cinema, everyone. Breakfast buffet changes a variety of dishes and drinks. The hotel is very suitable for a vacation, it's great to relax. Will definitely come back in the nearest time! love

Top!! Hotel rooms are close to the private beach. Noticed improvements from our last stay including free afternoon tea, mini-mart set-up, etc. Staff are flexible with a free room upgrade, early checkin as well as late checkout, and addressing noise of our neighbor. Great place to stay!

Breakfast was incredible and the beach was clean and beautiful. Gorgeous ocean views from the rooms. They also have bikes on site to ride around. Overall we enjoyed our stay and chose to do late checkout to enjoy a longer stay.

The carpets in the room and reception area had stains and should’ve been vacuumed. Breakfast buffet is favourite end of average quality. Staff super friendly and helpful with some level of English. The beach is clean close this hotel but about 200 m on either side, unbelievably polluted with plastic float some. No water sports are available and swimming only in secured areas in the ocean due to under currents. There is no city nearby so don’t expect any city life.

I would score a 7/10. It’s a very nice hotel, the setting is beautiful however other than a day trip you will stay in the resort. The breakfast was great , with high quality options. Lunch and dinner was expensive for Vietnam but good. We did experience some slow service and a feeling some of the staff needed more training. I want to qualify my comments by saying all the staff tried but seemed to lack direction.

When i unfortunately slipped and fell at the hotel, ( ping pong area), As a result of this accident, I suffered a severe fracture of my femur, which was broken into three pieces. I later required surgery involving metal screws and intensive medical treatment. What deeply concerns me is the extremely poor level of assistance I received from the hotel staff after the fall. Despite my serious condition and intense pain, I did not receive proper emergency support. I was left suffering at the hotel for approximately three hours before being transported to the hospital. In my opinion, this is a major failure in guest safety and emergency response, especially for a well-known international hotel chain such as Radisson . I respectfully request that Radisson Hotel thoroughly investigate this incident and provide a fair and reasonable resolution. I look forward to your prompt response and sincere handling of this matter.

The room needs some improvement; the windows need regulation to stop the wheezing sound of the wind, the washroom smelled sewage and there was no fan. I dont think the rooms were being cleaned properly; stains on the carpet, on the chairs. The hotel needs additional restaurants other than the existing ones. The staff of the main restaurant are very good and helpful especially Hang and Quyen with their beautiful smile and knowledge of English. Overall just good stay. Not competent for 5 star hotel.

The lobby makes a great first impression. Spacious, clean and helpful check in staff (shout out to Anh at reception for her help and friendliness). The Christmas decorations were being set up and the finished scene was so beautiful. See pic of giant gingerbread house. Room well stocked and had a lovely view of the grounds/ocean. The landscaping and pool were well kept and the towels fluffy and clean. The property is beside the Movenpik and you can freely walk between both properties and enjoy their restaurants and Beach bars. There are plenty of loungers (both covered and/or out in the open sun if you prefer) There is a daily shuttle to take you into Nha Trang which we took advantage of to see the city. Lots to do and see there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the Radisson blu to travelers. There is only one thing I would like to see at resorts as we travel through Vietnam.... as a non smoker, it would be nice to have some designated "smoking only' areas, (specifically at the outdoor eating areas at restaurants). That way, everyone gets to enjoy their meals. Sent from my Galaxy

The best part of this hotel is the restaurant. The food is excellent, the options are great, and I would happily eat dinner there every day. The property itself is also well maintained. However, the overall experience does not match a five star rating. The beach outside the hotel’s small cleaned area is extremely dirty, with garbage everywhere. The gym is very hot because they do not turn on the AC, even after asking multiple times. The AC in the restaurant is also very weak. There is no real hot water in the rooms. Communication is very difficult because most of the staff does not speak English, and even with a translator, basic requests become confusing. I had several uncomfortable situations, including incorrect orders and arguments at reception when trying to book services included in my package. The worst part was injuring myself with a needle sticking out of the towel basket. I was bleeding, and when I reported it to the front desk, no one asked if I was okay, no apology, nothing. Very unprofessional. Overall, great food and a nice property, but the service and customer experience fall far below five star standards. I would not consider this a luxury stay.

I spent a weekend with my son at the resort and had a lovely time, the accommodation is of a very good standard, very large and comfortable room, well equipped. The beach was peaceful, leisure facilities were plentiful, the swimming pools were clean. The food was good, great variety of dishes on the buffet. The staff were of a high degree of professionalism and absolutely amazing, friendly and very attentive. One downside was the litter on the beach (plastic bottles, polystyrene, etc) with nowhere to dispose of it.
