The hotel is clean, so do in room , staff is friendly, accessibility is near to everywhere and near to fine something because nearest mini market and local seafood resto.

The hotel is located close to the q mall, a walk of only 10 minutes. The 24-hour professional care service of the desk staff is great. I stayed in a deluxe family room, clean and comfortable with good facilities. There is a playroom for children to play. The meals are fresh and delicious. Thank you.

I'm a foreigner. I have stayed in many hotels in Indonesia. But I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. It must have been a long time since maintenance was done. Torn sofas, broken dustbin, old shower towels and bedspreads, and very low standard breakfast. The thing that scared me the most was the elevators in that hotel. Elevators are ready to collapse at any time. I will never stay in that hotel again. Will not recommend to anyone. Really bad hotel.
