Apartments in Cam Le District

It is a nice hotel so near with the terminal. When I arrived to the Da nang from Na thrang by sleeping bus around 10 hour I consider to take a hotel around the terminal but it was not located on the central of city. And I got the bad experience here. In the middle of the night someone just opened my room with the keys he have and my room was opened ! But they do apologize. I thought the person who opened my room has a duplicate keys and he was thought the room is vacant. The reception can't speak english but she try her best to communicate with google translate.

I had an unhappy experience here. When I checked in, the staff was confused as if they were not prepared for guests. The staff only gave me the key and finished their task, without any further instructions or greetings. When I asked about renting a car, they only gave me a phone number and did not provide any further assistance when I told them my phone number. The room was right next to the owner's kitchen, and it smelled of food. The amenities were rudimentary, only a toothbrush, shower gel and a few shampoo packets, the bed sheets did not feel like they had just been washed, so I slept and worried about whether the previous owner had washed the bed sheets. The fish tank on the first floor had a very unpleasant smell. This type of service shows carelessness and lack of heart, it feels like a guest is not welcomed. Another point is that the location is far from the center and far from the airport, which is not convenient for traveling. In reality, it is not as beautiful as the pictures.
