Nothing special about the resort to justify the cost. I stayed in the villa and each time going from the lobby to villa by cart there woyld be a 10 minute wait. I arrived back to my villa late at night the room key didn't work. I had to walk to the lobby, they reprogrammed the key. I went back to my room and it still didn't work. This took more than an hour before I could enter my room at 3am. Also, the gardners start working at 9am so it gets loud early in the morning. Overrall I can't recommend the villa stay at Da Nang Mikazuki.

I saw a photo with a refrigerator but checked in without one. Hopefully next time I will get a room with a refrigerator because I like to drink soft drinks all day. The rest is okay.

Too bad, I will never come here again, the motel is hidden and the service is expensive

Upon entering the room, I discovered the hygiene conditions were abysmal. The bathroom was severely clogged, with water overflowing onto the floor and even spreading into the bedroom area. A foul stench permeated the entire room. To make matters worse, the room was infested with mosquitoes. I was bitten all night and couldn't sleep. Despite reporting this to the staff, they failed to provide any effective solution. In summary, this was a horrific experience. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel. The prices are not justified given the terrible quality of service.

- The hotel address listed on the Traveloka website is incorrect; it is not 17-19 Vu Ngoc Phan St. We trusted the address provided and took a Grab to the location, but instead of a hotel, we found ourselves at someone's house! The correct address should be around 97-99 Vu Ngoc Phan St., though I can't recall the exact number. - Additionally, the contact number for the owner listed on the Traveloka website was unreachable. I tried calling several times before arriving for verification but couldn't get through. I reached out to the Traveloka support team (who provided me with a case number) to ask them to contact the owner, but they also had difficulty. Eventually, they managed to reach the owner via a different phone number. - The room is not well soundproofed. At 2 a.m., while my family was sleeping, a group of young people checked in on the same floor as us. They were laughing and talking loudly in the hallway, which woke me up. - I have been a member of Traveloka for years, and this is the first time I have experienced such an odd and uncomfortable booking situation. On a positive note, I had no issues with the owner or receptionist on the day I checked in; he seemed nice. The hotel is located inside a local market and is surrounded by many local restaurants and coffee shops.
