Apartments in Dong Da District

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel, and I had a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and nice, the breakfast good, and the room is comfortable.

The room is OK. It is not far from Hanoi Railway Station, we can walk, but the location in Google Map is wrong. The hotel should change the location in Google Map.

Superb, great location. The problem is the bed is hard because the mattress is thin. But still recommended.

My flight was reschedule to earlier time so I reached the hotel early. At the time of check in they did not mention any extra fees for earlier check in but next day during check out they asked to be paid more money. Also, I understand if there is an issue with early check in when the rooms are not available but the room was already empty and ready with no guest waiting to move out. No idea why they had issue checking me in little earlier. Also the room is very small and congested.

The hotel and the room was good except for the wifi being very bad.

Staffs are incredibly friendly! Surroundings are peaceful and location is not very far from center, so highly recommend it!

The hotel is clean and cozy. And I love the receptionists. They are kind and helpful!

Mattress is as hard as rock, overall items in the room is a bit dusty and old, making streaking noise. Not recommend

the room was so small. I requested for twin beds but they don't have twin beds.
