Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and the staff made all the difference. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed at check-in, and every team member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was providing local tips, helping with luggage, or arranging transportation, the staff were always proactive, friendly, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to experience such consistent hospitality throughout an entire stay—even the check-out process was smooth and thoughtful. This level of service truly made me feel at home and taken care of. Our hotel is nice and clean and the management is very kind to us to upgrade our room for free. Hotel location is very accessible to all the places we want to go to. I highly recommend this hotel who want to stay in Hanoi!

This hotel were fully booked but was not updated yet even I paid for the room. They automatically sold my booking to another nearby hotel with poor quality.
