the elevator is not working please fix it

We are the only visitor there, the toilet can't be flushed but the staff is very responsive to fix it, so many stains on the beds and molds are everywhere

From the first look at the price, I didn't expect much for the service and quality. And I already know that the hotel belongs to the SMK in front of the building. I only regret that large buildings are not well cared for, so that they can provide maximum benefits. Hopefully the leaders of SMK, can be more serious in activating their students to take turns practicing about hospitality and tourism every day. As well as standardizing services and building maintenance. It 's a shame if an big asset is neglected.

the location is very strategic and pleasant, it's just that the bathroom is very smelly and not clean, the air conditioner can't be cold and very hot, even though I booked a room for VIP but not perfect

door for bathroom is broken, transportation is difficult from there
