3* hotel with 5* services. keep doing extraordinary service guys..

My second stay at Hotel Golden Tulip Springhill was just as amazing as the first! The service remains top-notch, the rooms are cozy and clean, and the breakfast selection is still fantastic. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, especially Nabiila, who made my stay extra comfortable. With such excellent hospitality, I will definitely continue to choose this hotel whenever I visit Bandar Lampung.

Bersih dan memuaskan pelayanannya.

I stayed for 1 night, attending a friend's wedding that happened at the same hotel. There was no expectation, and we (me and hubby) choose it because of the venue of the wedding ... as not to complicate things, it's better to stay where the wedding venue was. Came without any expectation, we were surprised with a delicious welcoming chocolate cake in the room. Room was pool-side view which was eye-refreshing ... and what I liked most was the bed, the bed, and the bed ... hihi. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast was also awesome .. lots of variety of food and beverages, unfortunately I could not find local specific (Lampung) food. I think Lampung has it's own specific dishes ... like tekwan? mpek2? otak2? Anyway ... overall, it's a five starts stay for me. Thank you Emersia ... we plan to return with the kids and my parents for a family holidays.

The room was clean and had an exceptional view of the city skyline—perfect for watching the sunset. I also tried the hotel’s food, which was quite satisfying and served promptly. The atmosphere inside the room was cozy, with large windows that made the space feel open and bright. Definitely a pleasant experience for a short stay.
