I stayed overnight at the Novotel, located close to downtown Lampung. The pool is great, the gym is proper and quite spacious, the room was clean, comfortable, and most importantly, it was kid-friendly! Luckily, I got a room with an ocean view, so it was great to watch the ships go by. 😍

The lighting was also well-controlled, not too bright but just enough to create a warm atmosphere. The bathroom was equally impressive—clean, modern, with stable water pressure and complete and neatly arranged amenities.

Throughout my stay, every interaction with the staff—both housekeeping and other team members—was always warm and helpful.
