Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and the staff made all the difference. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed at check-in, and every team member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was providing local tips, helping with luggage, or arranging transportation, the staff were always proactive, friendly, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to experience such consistent hospitality throughout an entire stay—even the check-out process was smooth and thoughtful. This level of service truly made me feel at home and taken care of. Great experience with the hotel. Location is just right beside the church, the hotel is clean and ancient style. Staff is supportive and nice. I did enjoy talking with them. The breakfast is also nice. As a whole I do recommend the hotel!

The hotel is very comfy, locations is very strategic, you can walk wherever you want because near good places, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and also can help to accommodate to Ha Long Bay. Super recommended.

We had a great stay in this friendly hotel. We were provided free upgrade room and free breakfast although we did not book for it. Overall it was a pleasant stay and memorable one. Our stay falls on the new year Eve and we were invited to the new year party breakfast in the morning (food was delicious and fruits were fresh). I will definitely recommend anyone staying here it is close to all the attractions in the old quarters.

Amazing staff, very friendly and gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation (duong restaurant, only a walk away!) and cold towel + tea when we came. The room for 3 had 3 separate beds, balcony, closet, and spacious bathroom. Very clean and no problems! Staff were patient, friendly, and professional. The breakfast was made to order and delicious! Amazing value, location, staff, accommodation, and food. Will definitely stay again!

Old hotel but the room is cozy, the breakfast is delicious, and the staffs are friendly and helpful. It's location is also very good, near coffee shops, restaurants, laundry, and convenient stores.
