Villa in BSD

Somehow it feels different when entering the hotel premise. 1. The lobby was so nice, health protocol was kept and upheld by the hotel since we first came into. 2. Process check in is simple, no hassle but we have to deposit Rp 50thousand for every each key. The deposit will be refunded when we checked out. 3. The parking available in front of the lobby but with max 4 cars on it, but you can park your car at basement parking zone. 4. In the lobby you can buy many snacks, ice cream, sweeties, and other foods and drinks and guess what its open for 24 hours guys. So don't worry if you get hungry in the middle of nite. Just go to the lobby and your tummy are going to happy 😁. But if you are going to get heavier food just a walk nearby to the next door then you will find a McD store that open for 24 hours too. Fantastic. 5. The morning bites cafe are nice too for having breakfast with quite satisfied meal. 6. The unit was so quite small but I think it ' s worth enough with the cash we put it on.

A very welcoming & pleasant stay during Ramadhan. A clean room with enough amenities & great service from the staff. Their Iftar menu is extensive, and the Sahoor menu was delicious.

Better than my expectation! I booked this hotel for a one-night escape to Serpong to meet some friends and have fun. Honestly, I hesitated at first. But the hotel surprised me! The staff was super kind. The breakfast (we chose to get it in sahur time) was quite satisfying. We could prefer either Western or Indonesian food for sahur. The Ramadan atmosphere was very well reflected with the music and decoration. I loved the ambiance. The pool is small but clean and there is a space to sit and chill with your friends. The only minus is that the room we stayed was small, though enough for a one-night stay. Also it was connecting to another room from inside and that room was also occupied. That made us a little bit unrest. And the parking lots are not that many, but luckily I had a place every time I tried to park my car. Overall, the experience was quite satisfying for a budget staycation. Thanks for the good service!

We have a great experience at this hotel because hotel staff giving a birthday surprise for my 7yo son, it such a lovely moment. The room is so cozy and clean, nice pool with nice view to the city, all staff is soo humble full of smile and helping to all guests. We also entertained by clown when having breakfast so the kids is very excited and we can rides a bicycle to enjoy the day. Keep up the good work and hospitality, Grand Zuri. We will definitely come again soon!

Hotel Santika is always my favourite. The price is reasonable and the facilities also good. The best thing from the hotel is the breakfast. They have variety breakfast style that you might like, such as western style or indonesian style. And as their signature, they always have the indonesian traditional snacks.

We had great night staying here. Check in process was in seconds only, and the staffs were friendly. Comfortable and clean room with tv, well working ac and adequate hot water. Spacious enough for the 4 of us. Breakfast was so great also, true that their foods were delicious. Will come back next time.

I never book any apartment before. So I don't expect too much what it will looks like. From the picture it was good and when we check in it was exactly same with the picture. It was so nice and clean with the price that was so affordable. I thought some kind "it's better than booked hotel if it was this nice" hehe. Maybe if we have some occasion again in BSD area I will booked this apartment again.
