Villa in Cihampelas

All the hotel staff without exception were very friendly and smiling, making me feel comfortable staying there for 2 nights.

My stay here was very comfortable. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Complete amenities. Scented pillows, clean bathroom. The hotel grounds were also very clean.

My first stay here was immediately impressive and I want to stay here again if I come to Bandung again. The hotel has complete facilities in the very center of the city, not far from the Pasteur Toll Road. The lobby smells good, the elevator smells good, access to the room is quite strict so not just anyone can enter without an access card, which is really good. The food is all delicious, especially the cakes.. they are varied too! The swimming pool is the most sought after with the view of the Pasopati Bridge and the mountains can be seen too if the weather is clear 😍

The hotel smells good, is clean, the staff are very friendly and polite, this hotel is the best, recommended. It's also close to everywhere, next time I go to Bandung, I'll stay here again, yuuuuuu Serela Hotel Cihampelas 🥰

The suite was large, and the most impressive part was the food. For such a low price, the breakfast menu was extensive and delicious. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The check-in process was very fast, the AC in the room was very cold, during sahur the butter fried chicken menu was very delicious, and during Eid there was a curry lontong menu which was delicious, thank you chef
