i have pleasant stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Even its look old but for me is classic style. all the furniture is is good maintenance and all the staff very helpful and friendly.

The location is perfect—tucked away in a quiet area, which made it really peaceful and relaxing, yet still very easy to reach the city center. Took us around 10 to 15 mins. Whether you're looking for a restful escape or a convenient base to explore the city, this place is a great choice. The room is spacious and the hot water is always on🥰 Highly recommended for budget hotel, yet kids friendly.

it was our 5th staycation here, we always satisfied everytime stay in Serela Merdeka. The room is fine, the bathroom is clean, the various & yummy breakfast. And the big point why we choose Serela merdeka is walking distance from public area such as mall, shopping center, mosque, park, hospital etc. See you again Serela💛

I liked the hotel. Easy to find, strategic location, near to the cafes and restaurants, clean room, and what I liked the most is the pool. Clean and comfy, especially the cafe next to the pool was really nice. I want to stay at this hotel again next time.
