Villa in Tanah Abang

I like this hotel, clean and staff service is very kind. The location also very good, near the city, mall, and other shopping centers.

it's very nice place. recommended if you want to stay and take a rest for a while.

The checked in was easy,you need to deposit 100K & as usual show your local ID.The bed size I think it's Queen size as the bed sheet wasn't tucked in enough.The cleanliness was OK & again only need to improve cleanliness of the bathroom area.Mould is growing in every corners of the shower area.The second day when I asked to clean my room was not cleaned properly.I assumed wasn't the same Housekeeping who did it because the day 1 when I asked to clean my room was excellent.The second cleaned I found piece of plastic & tissue paper under the sink near toilet bowl & the duvet cover had a visible stain on the bottom of the duvet.Other than that I love the location of the hotel is an easy access to Sarinah & Pasar Tanah Abang.

The place is strategic which is in front of Thamrin City and the room is clean and spacious. I love that!

The room lighting and lamps are very dim and should be brighter, especially for senior citizens and families with young children. Consider using brighter bulbs. The bathroom floor is slippery, and there's no hand bidet. It also lacks a water hose for ablution, making it not Muslim-friendly. Breakfast was rather bland and lacked variety, not as good as it used to be. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Good choice with affordable price

Overall, my stay was okay, as I didn't expect much from what I paid. However, the stay could've been better if the cleanliness of the entire hotel is taken care of better. The carpet from the elevator to my room in the corner of the hall has lots of stains on it, dust everywhere, my room still has a plastic bag trash below the bedside table, the tea cups in the room were dusty, and the wash basin in the bathroom also has some stains. I didn't expect to get more than what I deserve, but cleanliness in a hotel is a bare-minimum, right? I hope this could be improved. Other than that, everything else was okay.
