2nd time staying in this hotel! Please give my gratitude to Ichsan, Nadia, Joshua, and one other room service staff who handled my second order (I didn't catch his name). The bathtub in the Bulgari suite was big!! I'm tall and I can comfortably stretch out my legs! The food I ordered tastes good.

The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff on the 10th floor was especially helpful during breakfast. Even though it was quite busy, the staff was very responsive, even though they were alone. This will probably be a good choice for future stays in Jakarta. Thank you.

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights to watch TDS4 JKT yesterday, because the location is strategic and not too far from JIS. The atmosphere is very homey, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean and there is a hairdryer too. The staff is friendly and nice. There is also a shared kitchen facility so you can cook haha. Really felt at home while staying here. Next time I come to Jakarta again, I will definitely come back here haha.
