My getaway place in Jakarta. Always the best in every aspect. The access, the bedroom, staffs, Wi-Fi, hot water. Everything was perfect. Keep up the good work

The room (Deluxe) is big enough, worth the money. Clean and tidy. Air conditioner is working as it should. Pak Andi Pratama (Supervisor) and his team is beyond excellent, welcoming, and friendly. 5 min walking to Gajah Mada Plaza Mall, near to Halte Harmony (bus) that you can go Monas and Jakarta Kota (Train Station) and the fare is super cheap. Local food nearby 24 hours, near to Indomaret and Alfamart. My 3rd time staying here when in Jakarta. Will stay again and again.

Great, 2 star budget hotel but the environment is 3 star above. Room size compact as usual since is budget hotel but the design make it look big, all the luggage can put underneath the bed, make it tidy. Customer service is good, room design is very modern and most important part, very clean. I definitely look for this hotel brand name at other country

The staffs are super sweet and nice. the hotel room and everything are just perfectly complete, shakti hotel is obviously good. What matters most is their smiling service, the receptionists and front liners, all are good... they are super nice and smiley.

Excellent Stay at the Vertu Hotel. I had a wonderful experience at the Vertu Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel’s location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
