Recommended for regular stays at the d'Paragon group.

This is an honest review, overall good but there are several points that need to be evaluated. Minuses: 1. Damaged properties, for example torn covers and broken shower seats, how can you blame new guests, strange. Don't play scapegoat with the staff, should have checked first. 2. The mattress is slippery, can be replaced with a more proper one. Oh my, waking up instead of feeling refreshed is a body ache. 3. Try to improve it to be cleaner, tidier, and fragrant, because there are still mosquitoes and geckos coming in. 4. The AC needs to be serviced, stuffy not cold enough, the smoking area should be separated. 5. Why is check-out at 11, different from other hotels, unless you can have early check-in, okay. Pros: 1. Spacious and secure parking, there is CCTV. 2. The service is quite friendly, but if there is an empty room downstairs, why should it be on the upper floor? 3. Strategic location. 4. The water heater is on and the water is strong. 5. Aesthetic room. That's all and thank you. Sorry.

Overall, so-so, just the location is a bit far away.

The room was nice, but the pillowcases were really dirty. The bathroom was okay, I liked it. There was a refrigerator.

The service was poor, and the car key was damaged by the staff. Then the staff resigned, refusing to take responsibility.

Strategic location near the city center, mosque, mall, market, cold AC, clean bathroom, in short, recommended, the important thing is the affordable price.

When I checked in, there were already some ants on the bed, but I understood it, maybe because I wasn't careful when cleaning the room. But the next morning I woke up, ants were everywhere and covering the milk bottle that I had placed the night before on the floor in a paper bag near the trash can, which turned out they were probably nesting in the bathroom because there were also many ants in the bathroom, which I took a photo of. Because I had already taken the paper bag that was covered in ants out of the room, when I went downstairs I complained to the receptionist who actually blamed me for putting the milk bottle in the paper bag, with a curt and flat face, "oh yes Sis because the bottle was put in the paper bag". Logically, even if I put the milk bottle in the trash can, the ants would have gone there too because there were ants in the trash can too but not as many as on the paper bag containing the milk bottle, and the bathroom door in the room I was in also couldn't be locked because the bolt was open. I've previously stated that I've stayed at Dparagon Senopati and Menteng and that there were never any animals in the room, even though I put leftover food and bottles of flavored drinks in paper bags. Honestly, I'm disappointed. This is the first time I've checked into a guesthouse with ants and had a problem or complaint. Instead of apologizing, the staff blamed the customer first. So sorry, I'll never be back. It's a really bad experience.

The room was full of mosquitoes, huhu, and the hotel had no solution for that🥺. The sheets and pillowcases were so fluffy, it was uncomfortable.

The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.

Clean, comfortable, worth it, will be a regular, especially if only staying 1-2 nights, it's really nice here, the service & room quality are good, strategic location, just a crawl to Monas/State Palace, haha.
