Reasonable price and comfortable room.

The staff were very nice. They were so helpful. Always have a good breakfast to start a day. Berjaya Hotel is located near Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon mall, you can just walk to get there. Also, it’s close to Pulau Tikus Wet Market, where you can get all local and street food. Such a good place to stay. And if you were coming to Penang to have a medical tour (just like I did), it’s a good place to stay because it is located in front of Adventist Hospital.

Great experience as always. Already a regular here in One Pacific, so apologies for no photos. Comfortable and spacious rooms, clean, close to Island Hospital. Well-maintained furniture, strong water shower, with hot and cold water.

Best access to culinary experiences, easy to commute to big hospitals in Penang, clean, right rate

Good position, the pool is the additional point. The food is good. Some staff is a little bit low key. But it’s ok in general.

Excellent and great value for money staying here. Easy to find food and durians.

Good place and very convenient

Overall it's okay, but the AC isn't very cold and there are only a few TV channels, only domestic channels.
