The hotel has a grand lobby, friendly staff, and quick lift service. The room feels a bit dated but is well-kept, with a comfy bed and pillows. The bathtub is small but functional. A nearby construction site can be noisy, though it wasn’t an issue during my weekend stay. Overall, a well-located hotel with good amenities.

Good hotel with nearby attractions, no pool but can have kids playing at the dataran just in front of the hotel, very near to the bus station and also variety of restaurants.

There is no water kettle inside the room, only water dispenser at the corridor. I asked for 2 access cards, and they required an additional deposit of rm 50. The hair dryer was not working. The aircon was not cool enough. It's not located in the city center.
