Stayed at Hyatt Regency Sydney and really enjoyed the experience. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout. The location by Darling Harbour made it easy to walk everywhere, and the breakfast selection was solid. Service was warm and efficient, making the whole stay feel effortless.

Fav place to stay when coming into the city. Stayed for 2 nights. Always a quick check in and out. Always helpful staff. Buffet Breakfast is always sufficient and great. Stayed in balcony room and found to be clean and neat.

Hotel reception and Concierge was AMAZING!! Worst $42 breakfast I've ever had. Coffee arrived cold, no milk despite asking for it on the side. Many food items were no longer available. They ran out of toasted muesli. Stuff that comes out of a packet? The omelette was excellent when it came but no bread or toast to eat it with. I ended up eating it with a croissant. Very disappointing from a chain, I stay with regularly. Disappointed was an understatement.

Staff were great. However: - initially we were provided a room that looked out to a brick wall, when a room with a water view was paid for. - phone in the room didn’t work so couldn’t order room service - QRL code for room service didn’t work. - TV was glitchy - no coffee pods or coffee machine were available - no draws to put clothes That said, great location, staff lovely, bed super comfortable, room clean and modern.
