Melissa is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and can be often found delivering ‘biscoff’ biscuits to her hungry flock of budget travellers.
Her interpersonal skills are second to none, and you are encouraged to make use of her knowledge and friendly manner at anytime day or night 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Mini bathroom, barely room in shower with shower curtain sticking to you. Shower drains away from waste drain, flooding bathroom floor. Small fibreglass stool to sit on, very noisy facing street and guests smoking outside window and very loud gatherings almost every night in foyer. As No staff to speak to and only number was to AI speaker.
Not recommend unless last resort, as ours was.

I use a walker and by the time I got it, and my case into the room there was not an awful lot of space left.
Wrong room for a king size bed. To use the fridge and tea/coffee station required me to crawl over the bed. Glad I was travelling on my own because there is no way two people could use the space.
Shower was hot! So that was a big plus.
Otherwise it served the purpose of a bed for the night.

No sleep. I was placed in the worst room, right next to the reception. The reception door slams shut all night, smokers outside the room talking all night, the microwave was right outside my room and people use it throughout the night, it is loud and smelly. And other guests are shouting in the corridors during the night and slamming the room doors all night as they use the communal toilets. My kettle did not work, which I reported and no one replaced. And the room next to me started drinking and playing loud music at 5am. I begged the hotel to move me to a different room, they refused. I will never stay there again or recommend to anyone. I spoke to other guests, some were locked out because their door pins did not work. And others were kept awake all night due to doors slamming. Horrible experience. The room I was in should not be a guest room, it should be a shared kitchen with table and chairs and microwave, because no one can sleep in that room.

Air conditioner was broken and couldn't be used properly and we arrived at check in on time and the cleaners had only just started cleaning our room had to go downstairs and wait like 20 minutes for them to do the job that was supposed to be done well before my arrival.The security is ridiculous the front door for the property is supposed to lock behind you when you leave but unless you made sure it did anyone could walk in whenever they wanted.

It is close to a main road, so factor that in as you might hear a fair amount of traffic. This is helpful too as there's plenty of buses to go into the city. If not planning to stay at the hotel most of trip and mostly exploring, I think its fine and cheap.

For the third time I have not been able to access my room without contacting the overseas help desk that dropped out during the call whilst waiting outside the front door - eventually after having had to resubmit all details already provided twice after 30 minutes I gained access to a room that was barely usable due to the placement of a king bed in an obviously too small room and a shower that barely has room for an adult. I’ve stayed there a few times. I’m 75 years old and they put me right up the top third level wasn’t very happy over that. I know it’s a budget hotel motel no lifts and not enough tea and coffee in the rooms. That’s all. Thank you.

The location was central to my needs, great shower, but the shower curtain was a BIG NEGATIVE to me, probably need better ventilation after a hot shower, otherwise the smoke alarm will activate and go off, BEWARE. Comfy bed, MACCAS across the road, otherwise it was an ok Motel.

Gotta talk to a robot everytime to get transferred to someone to talk to …the whole check in experience was terrible…tried going out to get something to eat just before dark and room would not lock…walked out and went to another motel for security…asked for my money back and so far has not happened….never again for me…my whole work life and social life has been staying in motels and this was my worst experience ever ☹️
