I stayed at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour for two nights while on vacation, and it was such a great experience! The check-in was super quick, the staff were really friendly, and the room was clean and comfy. The best part? The location! The hotel is right next to a tram stop, so getting around Sydney was a breeze. It’s also just a short walk to the harbour, and there are plenty of cool cafés nearby with amazing coffee. Overall, I loved my stay at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour. Totally recommend it!

The buffet breakfast was fabulous and the room a great size for 4 people. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the amenities. The only issue was the water temperature, which was rather cool for our morning showers.

Nice room, would been nice with a balcony but overall the room was nice with plenty of space, had a nice view. Breakfast was nice. Staff were nice, friendly & helpful. The pool was nice. I would be definitely be coming back:)

When we arrived just after 4pm our room wasn’t ready but they changed our room and kept us next to friends we were traveling with. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated which was a shame as we were travelling in winter. We had an amazing experience with one of the staff Allan, he was so kind and friendly. Helped us with booking tables for breakfast to making sure we understood how to get around Sydney and that we sore some really cool parts.

The room was big, clean & comfortable.We would of liked 2 chairs to sit at the small table in the room.Staff were friendly.Only problem was check in procedure we were told nothing about using the cards in the lifts or placing a card inside the room to make the lights work or about room service. Staff were all friendly and helpful, including asking what our plans were for the day and if we needed any help. Room was average but beds were comfortable. Pool area was nice to chill in the afternoon, even though it was too cold to get in during winter. Buffet breakfast was amazing, great variety and delicious.

The stay was amazing friendly staff, very convenient to go to opera house and bridge. The housekeeper didn’t vacuum the room, the bathroom was full of hair on floor and the carpet in bedroom was not vacuumed at all during our stay. It should have been vacuumed. Very less air circulation.

Excellent location, tram right outside only a short trip to anything, mostly within walking distance too. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast with gluten-free and other dietary options clearly marked.
