Recommend this hotel to anyone who coming to Innsbruck, it’s not far from main train station about 5 minutes walk. The staffs are nice and they let me have early check-in. Hotel’s room is good. Wifi fasts if you’re the hotel member, you could have the Internet access in room.

I spend 1 night in Vienna before back to Germany. Distance only few steps from central Station. Cozy hotel with clean room. Recommended & affordable hotel with friendly staff. My room with railways view 🙂.

Their services really bad. Only one person in the reception, so all guests were wait for too long. No towel & bed linen in dorm, and must pay extra. WTF.

Despite its basic amenities, the room is bigger than I expected and very clean. The hotel location is also near the metro station (7 min walk) so you can going to Vienna city center easily. The best option for budget traveler with family.
