A highly recommended hotel for those visiting Salzburg... The hotel is very nice, with complete facilities, coffee & tea, etc. You get a voucher for free public transportation while in Salzburg, and the location is very strategic... Just across from the Salzburg HBF train station and many restaurants and minimarkets nearby. Very satisfied.

Room was clean and comfy with a nice view but had too much impractal furniture- long sofa took up practically all the space between the bed and wall and served no purpose, the swinging chair was a novelty for about 5 minutes but after that was really just in the way. Would have been room for a small dressing table without it

Very nice hotel near the main train station in Salzburg. The hotel was located about a mile and a half from the old town so it's easily walkable. The staff was great and the breakfast was excellent with many selections. There's a mall nearby with fast dining options and shopping. Overall it was a great stay

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I love that I was able to check in early for a small fee (but if not, they also let you get a locker for 4 EURO) They put me on the 7th floor which offered an amazing view of the mountains in the morning. I like this hotel because it’s close enough to many of the hiking trails but also just a short walk to shopping and good restaurants. I will be back again! They also left a chocolate rabbit on my door for Easter :)

The location was excellent, right by the train station, which was good for us as we were arriving by train and then just staying one night in Salzburg and leaving the next day via train as well. Also an easy walk to city center. Was initially worried about potential noise as the hotel looks out onto a busy road, but the thick glass on the windows kep the place very quiet. The one surprising thing was no writing desk in the room, which made it difficult to do any work on a laptop. They explained my room type didn't have a desk, and they couldn't provide any folding table, which was a slight hassle since I wanted to use my computer. But other than that everything was quite good, nice rooms and friendly staff

What a delightful oasis in the middle of a concrete jungle with super easy access from train station. Eclectically decorated with a "save the planet" vibe that hits in so many ways! Super comfortable beds, ability to control your own room temp, and a huge tub w separate shower! Breakfast was beautifully prepared and very tasty with a unique range of options. Eager to return and can most definitely recommend!

An excellent stay. The room was clean and well-furnished, with a very comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful, and the lobby/lounge area was very nice also. The hotel had a nice central location on Salzburg, making it easy to get anywhere on foot or by bus. Also, only a 2-3 minute walk to the Hauptbahnhof. I would stay again, and recommend.

The staff were absolutely amazing and really look after the guests. The hotel is a two minute walk from the main train station and central bus terminal, so very easy to get to. The room overall was clean but there were a few hairs in the shower. Despite being very central the room I was allocated was quiet and there was no noise from the street or other guests or the lifts which were close by. The shower was hot and plentiful even at peak times (0730ish). Would I stay there again? YES without a shadow of a doubt.
