Die Zimmer waren sehr gut und gepflegt. Das Badezimmer war sauber. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass wir für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthalts Tickets für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr erhalten haben. Das Frühstück war sehr gut – die Auswahl war vielfältig, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war.

O hotel fica em um otimo lugar, fizemos todas as visitas a pé. Hotel novo, bem limpo, com restaurantes perto. Muito bom!!!

Room was good, but lacking storage space. Bathroom ventilation could be improved as we saw mold in the shower. One additional thing to note is that this is an eco-friendly hotel, so housekeeping did not come by every day to clean room. Breakfast buffet had a really great spread with a lot of different options for my family. Our room keys were deactivated twice before our official check out time. Staff were able to resolve quickly, but did make it seem like it was my fault before checking in their system to see that they were the ones who input the times wrong.

Staff were great. Room was cute and clean though my shower door had a bit coming off the door but it don’t cause too much of an issue. In a great location near the train station and tram/bus link straight into town if you don't wanna walk the 10 minutes. Would stay again if I’m ever in Salzburg.

​I am honestly so frustrated with my stay here. I paid nearly 5-star prices but the hotel didn't even meet 4-star standards. The room was missing basic essentials like a kettle or utensils and I was told I’d have to pay extra if I wanted them. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. ​The reception setup is a mess. The same person at the counter has to run to the kitchen, make coffee, and handle room requests all at once. Because the staff is also so slow, I had to wait a long time every time I needed to check in or ask for information. The service definitely needs to be improved. ​The most unbelievable part was that a 4-star hotel doesn't even have a place to store luggage. They just gave me a website and told me to go find my own storage elsewhere. I have never encountered this before and it was incredibly inconvenient. ​Housekeeping was another disaster. You are required to request cleaning a day in advance but even after I did that they failed to clean my room for two out of the three nights. Coming back exhausted to a dirty room with no fresh towels was the last straw. The overall cleanliness was also quite poor just like many other reviews mentioned. ​I really wanted to like this place, but I won’t be coming back. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about its guests.

Todo estaba increíble, la habitación amplia y estaba decorado muy bonito. El desayuno de los mejores que me tenido en hoteles. La limpieza estuvo fenomenal y siempre el personal estuvieron atentos y fueron muy amables siempre. Es una increíble opción para quedarse en Salzburgo a unos pasos de la estación de tren.

Room was spacious and very clean. We absolutely loved our stay here and so convenient to the tram and train. We would definitely stay here again if we get a chance to come back!

The hotel is very beautiful, and we had a great view. The room was a reasonable size and very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. We loved hearing the birds singing, which made us forget the cold outside, and the amenities added a lovely decorative touch to the stay.
