The entrance wasn’t too hard to find, there’s always people standing at the main entrance smoking and blocking your way. Location wise is alright, the ad didn’t note the huge construction project going on in the area so it’s very busy, noisy and inconvenient. A few sketchy instances where we had people follow us home, seems like all types of people in the area. Place overall was alright, note only 1 bedroom has a door, the other was open walk through. Blinds were not working either, needs a bit of maintenance I feel like.

Cleanliness was lacking, strong unpleasant odour upon entering. Smells musty and damp and my son experienced an asthma attack due to odour. Floors had food and debris on them, furniture was stained, dirty, and broken areas. We stayed less than 30 mins and had to leave. When I called management they gave me the run around. One staff member said I’d receive a refund but that I had to call back the next day but just kept getting an answering machine.

Clean and easy access with coded locks. Close to all the shops, short walking distance to Bell Centre, and a nice jaunt to Old Montreal and Mont Royal. Would definitely stay there again.

The sofa bed mechanism is barely operational. And the unevenness of the suspension for the mattress was really in bad shape. The person that unfortunately had the sofa bed could not sleep.
Please do not get mewrong.The rest of the property is perfectly fine. The beds are amazingly comfortable and linens are great.
The kitchen very nicely stocked and the amenities are fine too.
Just fix the sofa bed and it will be superb.
Location can not be better.

Unfortunately the place wasn’t the same quality presented in photos. The unit was attached to an office connected by a door which on the other side office glass door was always open so basically anyone could get into bedroom and wasn’t feeling safe when you have expensive equipments.
There was no room service or no one answering phone if you needed anything.
Furnitures were stained, damaged or broken.
All beds were uncomfortable folding not big enough for 2 and no regular beds and with broken pieces, the couch bed was broken from different areas that we had to put thin mattress on floor to sleep.
Not enough blankets for 5 people which we paid for 5 guests nor enough towel nor enough hand soaps.
The elevator wasn’t working all the time and we got trapped for 10 min inside on day of check out.
The place needs proper maintaining and repairs.

Quiet location, with lots of shopping near by, easy check in and out
Communication happened through the Expedia app and when I sent a message about our check out, I didn’t hear anything back, not that I needed to. If I had needed anything, I wonder how quickly the property would have responded
