Best Western Cedar Park Inn

Stayed in queen with kitchenette room. Perfect for long stays. Room was spotless! Hotel has gone through renovations. Excellent value, Room was quiet despite being on a very busy area of the city. Breakfast was good! Varied.

Excellent service from the staff who were professional, helpful, and very polite. Thank you all for a positive experience.

Need to ensure the cooling system works better

Terrible time checking in. Room was prepaid but for the damage deposit they would not accept our credit card without a pin. The credit card provided does not have a pin. They did not accept debit, the only choice was to go to their ATM and take out $500 cash for the damage deposit. They ended up allowing a credit card via email which they only asked for the number and expiry date, the exact same thing we tried to give at check in! Check in lasted almost an hour. When we tried to get into our room, the door would not open. 4 attempts later, including with staff, there was no getting into that room. A different room was then offered. Breakfast was being cleaned up at 9:20am even though it said 9:30am it would be served until, so we cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not end up having any.

Stayed one night everything was good.

Parking was easy, but the ad said there was a restaurant which is why we chise that hotel. The restaurant, however, is permanently closed do we had to take a cab as my husband had just had an eye procedure and couldnt drive after dark.

No A/C for entire stay. 27°C and above in the room. 2 of 6 lightbulbs working in the bathroom. Restaurant advertised. Apon arrival, Restaurant " permanently closed".

Pool was very small but hotel was nice and decent breakfast

Staff are really rude and very unpleasant like they're supposed to be as hospitality workers.You are supposed to have a smile on your face and a nice greeting when people come into a hotel.The workers did not on top of it.They tried charging us for stains that weren't even our stains on the towels and sheets

Overall, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff serving breakfast and cleaning our rooms were wonderful throughout our stay. However, we had a very disappointing experience on the evening of April 25. After a busy day and late dinner, the parents in our group gathered quietly in one of the rooms for tea. Shortly after, a front desk staff member approached us saying our group had been making excessive noise for over an hour and that there had been complaints against us. This was very surprising, as our group had only returned to the hotel about five minutes earlier. There were several teenage sports teams staying at the hotel, and there had been noise in the hallways earlier in the evening, which we assumed caused the confusion. We politely explained this, but later received calls to the room repeating the accusations and warning that we could be removed from the hotel if the noise did not stop. We were shocked and upset by the way the situation was handled. We quietly finished our tea and returned to our rooms, feeling unfairly accused and treated disrespectfully despite remaining calm and polite throughout the interaction. It’s unfortunate because the rest of our stay had been pleasant, but this experience left a very negative impression, and we would not return in the future.

The air conditioning doesnt work, paint fumes were overwhelming, crack heads all over

all the staff were great, parking waas no problem lots of space, breakfast was nice.

The parking did not feel safe, I did ask the desk staff where it was the safest to park and the response was “your kidding me right do you know where you are”.
