Really didn’t use any amenities as we were there to stay for a wedding. The elevator seemed to be very awkward. Everyone was waiting and seemed to be a little frustrated and resorted to the stairs unless they had bags. The café was closed when we were checking in and it would’ve been nice to be able to have a drink or a snack together with other friends. In the morning I had gone down to order some coffees to take to the room and the service seemed somewhat lacking.

We all had the best sleep. Building was nice and clean. Great location. There were not many cups or towels in the suite which made me feel like maybe some had been used and not replaced (?). Not sure, but it didn’t feel great.

We stayed three nights and on our last day, housekeeping didn’t come to refresh the towels and empty the garbages. We got back to our room shortly after 11 pm so no with didn’t call housekeeping. Other than that, it was great. Very clean hotel, reception very good, nice big size room.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was also very excellent with good variety and delivered by staff with great attitude. The cleaning of the rooms was under par and often required intervention to let the staff know your requirements and they did this as requested. Low point was the staff who was on duty to check us in on 16th night (man of Asian origin) . His behaviour bothered on rudeness and he made us feel very unwelcome. I think his behaviour is an outlier because, subsequent receptionists were excellent

The room and bathroom were generally clean, but it was noticeable that the floors hadn’t been vacuumed before I checked in, and they still hadn’t been done the next day. The hotel used to maintain a much higher standard, so this was a bit disappointing compared to previous stays.

Older hotel but refurbished nicely. Everyone was pleasant. Most modern properties have some form of breakfast included. This one does not.
