The layout of the room and the helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and the jacuzzi was fun to use. The location is close to amenities and this was very convenient.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. It was right next door to the play we attended. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was great. Our room was well laid out, clean and quiet.

The room was nice & the fireplace made it very cozy. The downside was the unacceptable noise level of the kids playing in the hallway till almost 11pm. Should my husband and I choose to stay again, I will be phoning any hotel property directly to see if youth teams will be staying the same time we are hoping to stay.

the main problem we had was the morning after our night's stay - the cleaning staff started making so much noice outside our room at 8AM! we were up later celebrating a wedding and was expecting to sleep in- which was the main reason we decided to stay at a hotel instead of sharing a B&B - we wanted the peace and quiet in the morning as we don't get to sleep in much with kids. The cleaning staff were loudly talking to each other- ACROSS THE HALLWAY! - and all of this noise went on from 8 am to about 9:30 - vacuuming, doors opening and closing constantly... we kept on trying to go back to sleep - in and out, in and out - we missed breakfast for this reason! Also, there was no tissue box in the room - prompting us to go get our own - I would expect this basic item in our room. Despite the cleanliness - we cant help but rate poorly as sleep is the main component of our stay at the hotel - especially if we are staying one night and if that wasn't satisfactory - it leaves an overall bad experience.

Overall, our stay was excellent. We were upgraded from a regular king room to a room with a fireplace as it was our anniversary. The only disappointment was the noise of a few of the guests at 3:15am in the hallway. The room was clean and comfortable.

If you’re planning a trip to the St Jacob’s Market. This hotel is within walking distance. Our room was large and clean. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant so I didn’t rate the breakfast. As an EV car owner. There were plenty of charging stations available. The staff were very friendly, and accommodating! We recommend.

Very clean and comfortable room. Loved the Lemongrass body wash. Large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower. The bed was so luxurious. Great stay, every staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
