Front desk gave poor directions to my room that was in a different building. Carpets on floors make it impossible to roll a suitcase and you have to drag them instead wrenching your arms. Restaurant food was terrible, though staff was pleasant. Outside of building showed wear and tear, like pealing paint visible from my window. Bed in room was a hazard as it rolls away from you when you sit down. Bed was too hard, pillows too soft. Only good thing was the complimentary shuttle.

Just came from a cruise so didn’t want to eat almost the same menus from the selections of their breakfast. The room that was advertised was 2 bedrooms w/ 3 baths but only 2 baths. The free shuttle starts at 6 but our flights are b/w 7 to 9 so not useful to us w/c I think was deceiving for an ad & bellboy is also not 24 hrs. If we can’t wait til the next one on duty comes, we’ve to push our own luggages w/c is a long walk to the elevator. The kitchenette is not equipped w/ kitchen wares. Toilet in bathroom 1 slow to flush & clogged up after 1st use. Luckily maintenance resolved the problem after front desk was called. Lastly, bathroom at the lobby is locked up so unable to use while waiting for our ride for an early flight. The thing that I can compliment is an hour early check in after several requests & waiting in the lobby & we’re also willing to pay extra.

Airport shuttle servixe is great and has a great pace (every 30 min) but at the airport when it gets busy, make sure you walk to the bus if you want to hop in howere if its too busy (not much parking because too many bjses) he may justndrive by and keep going so you'll have to wait for next turn. Get to the curb and waive!
