Le stationnement était restreint et difficile d'accès. Pas d'ascenseur donc difficile pour nous. Accueil peu chaleureux. Emplacement éloigné de tout donc peu de choix de restos. Climatiseur bruyant.

We had to wait to check in past the check in time as they were really busy which was fine. Very friendly about it so we had no issue going for a walk in town and coming back in an hour. The only negative was the restaurant attached to the hotel. Not sure if they are connected but very poor service and long wait. Flagging down the server after an hour past ordering she said the chef was alone and very busy so we had to be patient. She was friendly about it but I had the feeling something was up. It was only a salad and a hamburger and both were terrible when arrived. We paid and left and still tipped but not a great experience for a hotel stay that we were excited for. Loved the area and shops and will defiantly return to Bai Comeau in the future.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Grand Hôtel par le fait de sa proximité avec le parc des Pionniers où avait lieu nos spectacles et sa localisation sur une rue charmante avec d’agréables commerces. La chambre était propre et avait toutes les commodités, mais était plutôt petite et assez sombre, ce qui ne semblait pas être le cas de toutes les chambres de l’hôtel. Nous avons été satisfait de l’absence de tapis dans la chambre et de l’insonorisation entre les pièces. Par contre, nous aurions gagné à avoir accès à une climatisation bien moins bruyante dans la chambre et de l’eau plus chaude lors des douches. Nous n’avons pas fréquenté le restaurant de l’hôtel ni son bar. Il est bon de savoir qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur.

Tout juste satisfaisant , mais prix bcp trop élevé versus la prestation . Même chose pour le restaurant de déjeuner, une assiette brunch à plus de 21$ mais avec la moitié de ce que l’on reçoit à Québec . Propreté de la chambre discutable , et clim très bruyante. A ce prix là, c’est abusé.

Cet hôtel n'est pas pour des personnes handicapées. Aucun aide du personnel pas d'ascenseur. Nous sommes aller au restaurant nous avons attendu plus de deux heures pour être servi. Nous sommes partis avant pour aller au restaurant en face. Parce que la serveuse était débordée elle était seule. La chambre que nous avons loué était très différente de celle réservées. Très très mauvais service. Je je n'irai jamais plus à cette hôtel.
