Nice hotel, really close to St Catherine and St Denis. Close to Metro and busses

It’s a cute little boutique, hotel, and worth the money with respect to location cleanliness service.

The staff were so kind, and the room was gorgeous. We had a great corner suite, with a large bed. The shower and bathtub were very spacious. The hallways smelt lovely like lemongrass and the rooftop pool provided a nice view of the city. I certainly would come back.

This reservation was beyond my expectations. I was happily surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room.The room offered full amenities, variety of lighting moods, electric plugs everywhere, TV with free programs. To top it all, pleasant staff to deal with.

Excellent hotel, very clean, caring and courteous staff.

Everything was pretty good except the temperature of the room wouldn't go higher than 18" c.

This hotel was extremely disappointing. The elevator was not working, which made it very difficult, especially with luggage. The shower did not have a curtain or door, so water went everywhere and made the bathroom unusable. The worst part was the bedsheets were not changed and were very dirty. This is completely unacceptable and unhygienic. Cleanliness and basic maintenance were clearly neglected. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be staying here

No elevators, we had to carry our own luggage’s up to the second floor. No help from the hotel staff. Hotel is under construction and it looks unsafe to walk around on. Dust everywhere, construction supplies, and mats all across the floor. Impossible to drag luggage’s around the floor. To enter the hotel they have two large steps and then to get to the reception 5-7 more steps. and it’s so difficult to drag luggage’s across and the staff just looks at you and doesn’t help. For the bag drop off after check out it’s a $15 charge. Should be free. No entertainment. You need to pay to access the billar/ pool table.

the room was perfect for a quick adult trip where our focus was seeing Montreal not living in hotel rooms clean , location was perfect for the events we had planned

Elevator did not work, and they received our luggage overnight and they did not notify us.

The room was very clean and I had no issues with check in which was very quick.

The Cons: Comfort & Infrastructure • Limited Room Size: The rooms are notably smaller than standard double-occupancy rooms in other hotels, which may feel cramped for two people with luggage. • Heating Issues: The heating system struggled to keep up with the Montreal winter. Frequent manual adjustments were required to maintain a comfortable temperature. • Minimalist Stocking: Rooms were under-supplied initially, providing only one set of towels and no face cloths. You may need to proactively ask for more. • Lack of Basic Utensils: Despite having a microwave, the hotel does not provide utensils like forks. - Dollarama is close.

Nice room, clean hotel. It looked up to date and modern in most places, basement has a social area that looked cozy.
