We stayed overnight as we were attending a concert in Hamilton. Excellent choice. All of the staff at the hotel and restaurant were extremely considerate and helpful. Offered us an easy walking route to the concert from the hotel. As I have mobility issues, the staff in the restaurant were kind enough to seat us close to the buffet. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming into Hamilton. Great location!!

Really nice hotel. Bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. It was also quiet in the rooms. This hotel is in downtown so isn’t in the safest area but there was security at the front door at all times so felt very safe inside. Would stay here again and would recommend!

Liked that this was attached to the conference centre. No need to walk outside in the winter when going to events at the conference centre. The on-site restaurant and Starbucks were a plus, and there were great restaurants within walking distance. Bar staff could make a great cocktail.

Disappointed with our room. Only 1 bottle of water left in room, should be 2. Shampoo dispenser place in tub, that fell off the wall. Shampoo and conditioner bottles empty and not filled up. For the price, more attention to detail is needed.

Great stay!! Loved our room, and the Club Level upgrade was well worth it, with a very nice lounge and great selection for breakfast as well as evening Hors d'oeuvres. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had a great view. All staff members we met were incredibly kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
