I always rip the bedding down to check for buggies and stains. I immediately called staff for replacements and reported a soiled mattress. They quickly took us to a new room, where both beds were stripped then fitted with new crisp bedding and apologized promptly. Next day’s yummy breakfast was on them. Staff is incredibly friendly and ready to give advice. Concierge told us about an amazing restaurant that probably made the best calamari ever!

The Cafe One serves the best breakfast buffet. All the items were super fresh and great quality. They also have à la carte menu. We had dinner twice at this restaurant. The food is freshly made and reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in the area. The waiters were knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive to our requests. The restaurant is super clean and the ambiance is welcoming. The room was spacious and bed/pillows were very comfy. The front desk staff was friendly and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this hotel.

The layout was odd. There was not a good place to put our clothes in drawers (the only 2 drawers were located under the bar area, not in the bedroom) and the closet for hanging clothes was in the entry (not near the bedroom or bathroom) so we ended up leaving most of our clothes in our very visible luggage in the living area. The bathroom only had one hook on the door (or anywhere) for a single towel and nowhere to hang the only (1 for a double booking) bath robe provided so it had to be hung over the bedroom door. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very dark for good sleeping.

Vancouver Wall Centre was an excellent location for our family of four. We were upgraded to a suite with two separate rooms which was excellent for traveling with kids. The kids loved the indoor pool and we were able to walk to a lot of great restaurants. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly, even when we checked in late after midnight. We would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great hotel but it was incredibly noisy with a room facing Granville street. Sirens all night long (on a Sunday). I also paid the $60 for parking but received two parking tickets lol
