We love that this hotel is pet friendly. The room was perfect. Continental breakfast had more choices than any place I've seen. The free drinks is a nice touch also. What is needed is a pet area. Also the parking rate is ridiculous but that is Vancouver I guess

I enjoyed the hotel’s location and convenience, as well as the spacious room and large windows, which offered a fantastic view of the city and the illuminated water like lighting in the courtyards below. It was a very comfortable stay.

The front desk concierge on April 23, around 5:30 PM, was not considerate at all. In fact, he seemed to do the opposite of what I requested. I asked for a room with the bay view, but he gave me a room on the opposite side, with no view of the bay. When I mentioned that I booked this vacation to rest and relax, he placed me in a room on the 23rd floor, directly beneath ongoing renovations. It felt as though this was done intentionally. The noise was unbearable. We woke up at 6 AM to hammering and drilling. There was no warning about these renovations on the Sheraton website or at the time of booking. However, the other staff members who later assisted me were absolutely amazing and very kind. They changed my room on April 24, around 12 PM, and the new room was excellent, quiet, with a beautiful view of English Bay. I truly appreciate their help.
