Hotels.com verified review

Sheets smelled terrible. there was no room service. it was unavailable. after traveling for 24hrs to arrive to no room service and smelly sheets was literally the worst!!! Would not recommend this particular Marriott.

Everything was as you would hope and expect. The location on the water is delightful. Food and service were great. It was difficult getting a taxis as there was a lot of confusion between, hired cars and taxi’s with no one from the hotel “directing traffic” but otherwise no complaints

Our excellent experience started at checkin. My family and I were warmly welcomed and checked in. The hotel location and main entry is expansive and relaxing. Arriving at the Copenhagen Marriott was a welcome relief after staying at an older hotel in London. Everything was fresh,new and upscale. The rooms were perfect for a family of 5, comfortable beds and great city view. The location was perfect for seeing Copenhagen - close to train and Metro stations.
