What a first class hotel this is! The staff are impeccable and delivered a world class service from every single member. We were greeted by the door staff every time we returned from a trip with "Welcome home " The piano player in the bar was fantastic. Sky bar had spectacular view. The bar staff were exceptional , and attentive in particular Hadder and Ahmed they really are outstanding. The hotel is central and views are amazing of the city and the Nile. Amenities were 5 star from the variety of restaurants, gardens, pool and grandeur of the hotel generally. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so special.

Stayed in Feb 2026. Very good location in Cairo and the hotel check-in staff were kind enough to offer a room upgrade. Loved the room and the view from the balcony overlooking the City and river. Night view was spectacular. Restaurant with Indian food was very good. Overall a must stay and highly recommended

Ms Rosita and Mr Eid made my stay at the Ramses excellent with their attention to detail as well as their kind and caring manner. I especially appreciate being asked if I wanted to upgrade to a Nile River view. ❤️ Fabulous! Every night and every morning I woke up to look at the Nile- what a pleasure that was! I also loved how easy scheduling activities were and the punctuality of the personal drivers and guides in picking me up to go to outings like Giza.

This hotel is an oldie but a goodie. Well positioned if you can cross roads. It represents good value if you are out all day sightseeing. Why pay more if you’re not there? Close to the beautiful old town or downtown Cairo that has many touches of Paris or French influences but naturally is a bit more dusty! Lovely executive room with private breakfast area and early evening food and drinks included. Staff were very good. Location was not ideal. Good river views but until the riverside walkway is open it is almost impossible to go out for a stroll anywhere

Everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been nice if there had been some chairs and a table or some sort of furniture on the balcony to sit there in the evening. Restaurant food was fine. It was nice to have the convenience of being able to eat in the hotel, as walkability in the immediate area is sketchy.

This was my worst experience in travelling for last 25 years. We arrived early morning the we pay 50 US $ for early check-in and he ask for extra 50$US for security. Next day when I ask for my 50$ US back he denied that I gave the money. Never get my money back
