Got upgraded to the bigger room. Staff were kind and the hotel is very close to the tube station, which makes it way better and easier to travel. Definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends/family.

Very close to the airport. The welcome cookies never fail. The check in and check out process is fast. The staff is also very friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable.

I highly recommend this hotel. Really enjoyed staying at the Mercure Manchester, the receptionist was friendly, very helpful with maps, the service was very satisfying, I will come here again, the location is very strategic, close to the tram and restaurants, Primark, etc.

The staff was very helpful. The location is very convenient. I was helped by everyone and they took initiative to help me, from the concierge to the people in the restaurant, as well as the driver of the shuttle cart to the airport. The meal was good and there were halal options. Can be more, but overall quality and ambiance was great. Service was excellent.

The hotel is very helpful, can check-out until 1pm. It happened that our plane was at 7pm, they told me to take a bus or taxi, it was good
