It was about time, but congratulations to the team at the Hilton on their refurbished rooms. Very nicely appointed, and far more what the Hilton Paddington should stand for. A great British Establishment, elegant and well kept.

This is an excellent property right next to Paddington Station. Very convenient for Heathrow express. The hotel was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. However, only tea in the room is no coffee, but there is a Starbucks just off the lobby, which was perfect.

The breakfast buffet was one of the worst I’ve had in years - reminded me of my college canteen. Not fresh, processed, stale bread, coffee from machines (for which there was a long lineup), albeit, the coffee wasn’t actually bad.

The family terrace room was tired as was the terrace itself. The only bathroom amenities provided, beyond soap etc, was a shower cap. None of the USB charging points in the double socket worked in the room, and we also found the same was true of at least two sockets in the executive lounge. We were also working right housekeeping letting themselves into our room at 8:30 am! However, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, having access to the executive lounge was very useful and hotel itself is beautiful, it just needs some love and attention in areas

Clean rooms will all amenities but could do with a small fridge. Executive rooms have a comfy bed and desk to work. Very quiet even being on a main road. Lots of breakfast options snd staff were very friendly and helpful. Would have liked room service for breakfast option as had a very tiring night before.

I booked a double room and was given a twin. As I was jet lagged, I was too tired to ask for a change. Single beds are not comfortable. The decor and facilities in the room are so dated. There was constant noise from fans outside. The plus was having a bath tub with nice toiletries and the location being so close to Paddington.

This hotel is not accessible-friendly. No ramp to get into hotel (only steps) and no bellman/porter outside to help with luggage. No restroom on ground floor (near restaurant); restrooms on next floor up are accessible only by going up/down approx. 5 stairs. Shower head was in an elevated and narrow bathtub. I usually chose Hiltons when traveling internationally because of common standards one expects from a Hilton hotel (useful power outlets, washcloths in bathrooms), but this hotel only had UK outlets, maybe one European outlet, and 1 USB outlet -- on the desk, not bedside). Just glad we decided to throw in our adapter at last minute for sister CPAP machine. We were here for a 2-night stay & on 2nd morning, construction work started in room next door at 7:30am. While hotel comped me 10K HHonor points and gave access to executive lounge, I would have preferred to sleep in and have a quiet morning (we only had an afternoon tour that day). They were unable to move us to another room because hotel was full, and we were not notified that construction work was going to be occurring. No washcloths. Breakfast buffet is expansive and wide variety. The F&B supervisor (Titus?) was exceptionally helpful in assisting my sister with gluten free options. While the hotel is conveniently located adjacent to Paddington train & metro stations, it is in a pretty sketchy part of town. We appreciated concierge's recommendation of a nearby Lebanese restaurant -- our first time eating at one.
